Erin Gallenberg
Erin is a paralegal at Kennelly & O’Keeffe, Ltd. in the litigation department. She assists the firm in several areas including personal injury case management, asbestos defense, and criminal defense. Erin graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal studies.
Mandy Seigel
Mandy is a legal administrator at Kennelly & O’Keeffe, Ltd. She is responsible for oversight of administration for the firm. A West Fargo native, Mandy earned her degree in Legal Administration from Northwest Technical College. She has been part of the Kennelly and O’Keeffe team since January, 2004.
Jericka Lyon
Jericka is a paralegal at Kennelly & O’Keeffe, Ltd. She mainly works with attorney Tracy Lyson in the area of family law, but also assists the firm in several other areas as well, including family law, criminal prosecution, and real estate transactions. Jericka graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is also a member of the Red River Valley Paralegal Association.
Lynann (Lynn) Rustad
Lynn is a paralegal at Kennelly & O’Keeffe, Ltd. in bankruptcy law working with Tracy Lyson and Jack Dwyer. She has worked in the legal field for thirty-seven years in the areas of medical malpractice and bankruptcy.
Michelle (Shelly) Nitschke
Shelly is the receptionist at Kennelly & O’Keeffe, Ltd. Along with reception duties, she also provides administrative support for the firm. Shelly brings 25 years of customer service experience, and she is a long-time Fargo resident.
